A ritual is a moment of return — a way to reconnect with yourself through scent, breath, and touch, whenever your body asks for it.
Are your products safe during pregnancy?
Everyone’s body and circumstances are different. If you’re pregnant or nursing, checking with a healthcare provider is always the best choice for your specific needs.
How do you make your products?
Our products are made in small batches. Each batch is checked for consistency, freshness, and a smooth sensory experience. We do not test on animals.

What is a ritual?
A ritual is a moment you choose on purpose. It’s a pause that brings you back into your body through scent, breath, and slow movement. It’s not about perfection — it’s about presence.
How do the three rituals work together?
Awakening brings clarity when you’re stepping into yourself. Presence anchors you when you need grounding. Embodiment helps you soften and release. They’re designed around emotional states, not the clock — you choose the ritual that meets you where you are.
Do I need all three rituals?
No. You can begin with the one your life needs most right now. Some people start with Awakening for clarity, others with Embodiment for release. There’s no correct order.
How often should I do a ritual?
As often as you want. Some people use them daily, others a few times a week. Rituals are meant to support you, not add pressure.
What if I don’t have time for a full ritual?
A ritual can be two minutes or twenty. Even a single intentional breath with scent can shift your state.

What’s inside the Silk Softening Salt?
A blend of mineral-rich salts, nourishing oils, and Velvet & Float’s signature fragrance compositions. Each formula is designed to soften the skin while deepening the sensory experience.
Are your fragrances natural or synthetic?
We use a blend. Natural notes bring warmth and familiarity; safe, high-quality synthetics add stability, longevity, and emotional nuance. Every ingredient is chosen with intention.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are designed to be gentle, but every skin is different. If you have known sensitivities, patch testing is always a good idea.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. Always.

How much Silk Softening Salt should I use?
Use two Ritual Scoops in the shower or four Ritual Scoops in the bath. This amount gives you the full sensory experience — texture, warmth, and fragrance bloom.
Can I use the Silk Softening Salt in both the shower and bath?
Yes.
In the shower, massage two Ritual Scoops onto damp skin in slow, grounding motions.
In the bath, dissolve four Ritual Scoops into warm water and let the minerals soften the body.How long does a jar of Silk Softening Salt last?
It depends on your ritual style. With regular use, most people find a jar lasts one to three weeks.
Can I use the Silk Softening Salt every day?
Yes. The formula is gentle enough for daily use, whether you’re doing a full ritual or a quick sensory reset.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the U.S. International shipping will expand as the brand grows.
What is your return policy?

What if my package arrives damaged?
Email us with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace it.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to adjust it.
