Returns
30‑Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Because our products are designed for personal, sensory use, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at orders@velvetfloat.com with:
- your order number
- the item(s) you’d like to return
- the reason for the return
We’ll respond with return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our end (incorrect item, damaged on arrival, etc.).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, email us at orders@velvetfloat.com and we’ll help you find the best option.
Exchanges are processed as a return + new order.
Non‑Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- opened or used products
- items marked final sale
- digital products (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours at orders@velvetfloat.com with photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll make it right immediately and cover all associated shipping costs.
