Estimated delivery windows will appear before you complete your purchase.

Most orders arrive within:

  • Expedited: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
Velvet & Float is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first.
If the issue remains unresolved, email us at orders@velvetfloat.com and we’ll assist you.

For damaged items, email us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@velvetfloat.com with photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.
