Availability and rules vary by carrier and plan. We provide scope and pricing for your broker or carrier to review. Eligibility, funding, and reimbursement are not guaranteed.
How much lead time is required?
Plan for approximately two months from approval to delivery. Timing may vary by volume, customization, and shipping method.
Can employees choose?
Yes. Choose a Unified Workforce Experience for the broader employee population or an Employee Choice Experience that lets employees select from defined Velvet & Float ritual options.
Can you ship to employees?
Yes. We can ship directly to employees or deliver completed experiences to one employer-designated location. For Onsite Distribution, deliver to an employer location for distribution by your team. Velvet & Float can also support onsite distribution, scoped separately based on location, timing, staffing, and event format.
How is pricing determined?
